In addition to clinical responsibilities, navigating a pathway through organisational systems and layers is part of the Consultant Psychiatrist’s role. This online Special Seminar, free to College of Psychiatrists of Ireland members, follows on from our very popular October 2022 webinar and will look at some of the common organisational challenges encountered by Consultants. The presenters will discuss practical ideas for developing business cases, look at the new landscape of Health Regions, discuss governance and all it entails, and work through the elements of good management and support in the wake of suicide.
