Background: This is a talk given by Dr. Elaine Lockart, Chair of the RCPsych’s UK child and adolescent faculty on the development of CAMHS over the years. She will outline strengths and weakness, current challenges and opportunities in CAMHS. Elaine Lockart will discuss stakeholder involvement, the perspective and needs of families.

Have an overview of challenges and opportunities for CAMHS.
- Understand the importance of stakeholder involvement and the perspective and needs of families in service development and evaluation.
- Reflection on how the ROI CPI child faculty can assist with quality improvements, service development and sustainability within CAMHS.
