We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Psychiatry post commencing Summer 2023. We offer excellent career development opportunities including generous training allowances and rotational contracts of up to two years. Funding for the completion of MD, Masters and Diploma in Medical Education programmes are also available for eligible candidates.
One year with an option to renew – Beaumont Hospital, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin.
Applications from candidates who have either recently completed higher specialist training in Psychiatry or recently retired are particularly encouraged . The successful candidate will have a major involvement in research and teaching and will be encouraged to register for a higher degree. Candidates with a strong interest in medical education are particularly suited to this role. Teaching responsibilities will involve a high-level strategic focus with supervision of junior academic staff. In addition, the opportunity for engagement with our medical schools in Bahrain and Malaysia will be a key component of this post.
