Benefits of College Membership
The College of Psychiatry is recognised by Medical Council, Mental Health Commission, HSE and DoHC as the representative body for psychiatry in Ireland. We are actively engaged with HSE, DoHC and political systems to express our members concerns for the quality of services especially in line with recommendations of A Vision for Change, seeking to protect Mental Health Services from the worst of the impending cuts to funding and staffing levels.
